Description
This exclusive porcelain Teapot is hand-painted, ensuring that each piece is unique. Inspired by the The Four Gentlemen in Chinese brush painting (plum, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum), Spanish artist Yano Yoro creates artistic and whimsical designs that bring this original teapot to life, turning your tea time into a genuine pleasure.
The teapot is sold separately but has been designed to complement the tea set, which includes a small cup, saucer, and teaspoon, enhancing your overall experience.
Despite its delicate appearance, being made of porcelain makes it more sophisticated, lightweight, and durable, though it certainly appreciates gentle handling. Each teapot undergoes a meticulous three-firing process, ensuring the perfect integration of colors into the porcelain, guaranteeing its durability.
You can choose between the “Bamboo” and “Plum Blossom” designs for your teapot, and Yano Yoro will paint it exclusively for you.

My first piece from Yano Yoro: It was my friend Raquel from A Coruña who told me about this talented artist. When I first saw the photos of her work, I was captivated by its sensitivity and beauty, so I decided me to contact Susana Llorente, the artist behind Yano Yoro. During my summer vacation, I had the chance to visit her, learn more about her work, and appreciate her porcelain pieces and sumi-e painting up close. Meeting her in person was a pleasure, and while talking with her, I felt that she conveyed the same sense of harmony and serenity as her works.
I couldn’t resist bringing home one of her porcelain pendants, adorned with bamboo. It serves as a beautiful reminder to stay resilient in the face of adversity. I hope you love it as much as I do!
