1/ ORDERS, PRICES, AND DELIVERY TIMES:
MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES: At Belma Craft & Art, we specialize in offering high-quality handmade pieces from Spain. They are unique pieces, small series, or limited editions, created individually. We do not work with stock, except for a few exceptions, in order to allow for customization, avoid unnecessary material consumption, and ensure a unique experience for each customer.
PRICES: Our prices include shipping costs within the Netherlands. If you wish to ship to another country within the European Community, please contact for a personalized quote regarding shipping costs.
HOW TO BUY: You can make your purchase through our website or by sending us an email. Once your purchase is completed and payment is accepted, you’ll receive an email confirming your order.
DELIVERY TIMES: In most cases. the estimated crafting and delivery time is 30 days from the order confirmation. Please refer to the specified timelines for each product, and keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our artisans’Â and Belma’s control, such as local or international postal services, especially during peak seasons like Christmas.
Belma Craft & Art strives to ensure you receive your order correctly and as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of any possible changes in delivery dates or other incidents. To facilitate this, kindly provide your phone number and/or email address when placing your order.
We recommend planning ahead for your purchases. Our creators need time to craft your pieces, but you can always contact us if you need something urgently, and we’ll see how we can assist you.
You may be interested to know that you have the option to purchase a gift card that we’ll send via email. This way, your gift will always arrive on time and be personalized with the message you choose to add.
SHIPPING: Most of our pieces, except oil paintings on canvas, are shipped from Spain to Belma Craft & Art in the Netherlands, where we review your order before final shipment. Once your package is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. We work with Post NL and DHL to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order.
Oil paintings on canvas are shipped directly from Spain to the address you provided at the time of purchase.
In our commitment to sustainability, we may recycle some of the boxes sent by our artisans. Additionally, we use recycled kraft paper, and if your order is fragile, we”ll wrapped it in bubble wrap for optimal protection during transit.
ADDRESS CHANGES: If you need to modify the delivery address, please let us know before the package leaves our office or the transport agency in Spain, in the case of oil paintings on canvas. If this change incurs additional costs, they must be covered by you.
2 /RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:
Upon receiving your order, please verify two things:
- Ensure that the received item matches your purchase.
- Check that the package is in good condition.
If you notice any issues, promptly notify the delivering transport agency and inform us within the first 24 hours after delivery. Take photos of the damaged packaging, the unpacking process, and any damages to the product, then send them to hello@belmacraftandart.com. Please retain all original packaging materials and boxes.
If a shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, kindly check if a neighbor signed for it or is holding the package for you.
Should you refuse a delivery, please be aware that you’ll be responsible the cost of returning the package to our office. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your order. Please note that we do not refund the cost of customized or made-to-order items under any circumstances.
If we cannot deliver your order within seven working days from leaving our office due to circumstances beyond our control, the order will be returned to Belma Craft & Art. We will refund the amounts paid for the product, provided they are not personalized or made to order, deducting the shipping and return costs. These costs will always be borne by the buyer. In the case of personalized orders, no refund will be processed, but we will arrange a new shipment upon request. In this case, the buyer will cover the new shipping costs.
3/RETURNS:
We want your experience with our pieces to be exceptional, which is why we strive to offer you the highest quality items that undergo rigorous quality controls, both in the artist’s workshop and at Belma Craft and Art.
We hope you’re delighted with your pieces, but if for any reason you’re not, we accept returns of products received within 14 business days from the delivery date of your order. Please review the specific return conditions for some pieces on the corresponding product page.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can email us at hello@belmacraftandart.com or contact us through the contact form on our website, indicating that you want to proceed with the return. We’ll be happy to assist you and resolve any issues you may have. We appreciate it if you could briefly tell us the reason for the return.
All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, including tags and corresponding warranties. We will not accept returns of products damaged due to inappropriate packaging by the customer.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, we will check that the above conditions are met and inform you of the reception and the result of the inspection. If applicable, we will immediately proceed with the exchange, replacement, or refund of the product cost (excluding shipping costs) through the same payment system used for the purchase. The amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 20 working days from the receipt and acceptance of the product in our warehouse. Please note that if payment was made by credit card, the refund amount may not appear in your balance until the following month.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR:
- Customized or made-to-order pieces, unless there is an issue reported at the time of delivery.
- Packages that appear defective, poorly packaged, and not in their complete original packaging (including cards, labels, and warranties) sent by us.
- Jewelry: Rings made in sizes smaller than 12 or larger than 16 are considered customized as they have been specially crafted for the customer.
- Gift Card.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do everything in our power to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, nobody is infallible, so if you receive an incorrect order or your item is damaged, Belma Craft & Art will refund the return shipping costs.
Please make sure to send the return using agencies that allow you to track it. Belma Craft & Art is not responsible for the loss or damage of returned order.
4/ PAYMENT METHODS:
All payments will be processed through Stripe, Ideal, PayPal. The prices of all our products include the corresponding 21% VAT.
