Description
The Limonero Rojo fan, in medium size, evokes the freshness of ripe lemons hanging from leafy branches, brought to life on hand-painted silk in vibrant tones. A piece full of colour and character, inspired by the southern light and the beauty of the Mediterranean.
It belongs to the Floral collection, one of the signature lines of Margaret de Arcos, known for its harmonious colours and naturally balanced designs.
Each fan is one of a kind. The entire creation process is fully handcrafted. The frame is made by hand in Valencia from pear wood, valued for its lightness and flexibility — allowing for smooth movement and a generous flow of air with every flick.

Myvisit to the Margaret de Arcos studio: It was my friend Rocío —a Sevillian with whom I share many experiences here in the Netherlands— who first told me about this artisan brand. After an initial conversation with Ángelo, their commercial director, I had the chance to visit their beautiful studio in the heart of Seville.
The moment I stepped inside, I was immersed in an atmosphere of creativity, artistic energy and colour. I loved witnessing the craftsmanship with which Camila brings each piece to life, and I experienced first-hand the natural luxury and elegance of silk. We had coffee and chatted calmly; it was inspiring to hear the story behind the brand and learn about their upcoming projects.
If you’d like to know more about these unique pieces or are interested in a custom design by Margaret de Arcos, feel free to get in touch. We’ll be happy to help you explore the beauty of true craftsmanship — Made in Spain.

The advice of Belma Craft & Art
To open the fan smoothly and elegantly, hold the first stick with your thumb and the last one with your index finger. This allows you to flick it open with a gentle downward motion. You can also use both hands to unfold it if you prefer a slower, more deliberate gesture.
