My story with the ‘Corazón’ platter: While hosting a dinner with friends at home, I wanted to complement the appetizers I brought back from Spain —Ibérico ham and artisanal sheep cheese— with a delicious homemade Spanish potato omelette served on the ‘Corazón’ platter. It was wonderful to see the smiles light up their faces when, upon cutting into the omelette, they discovered the heart at the center of the plate!
Our conversation suddenly shifted to the importance of small details that transform any moment into a special occasion. Although it’s been a while since that dinner, every time I cook a potato omelette, our friends remind me of this heartwarming anecdote.”
